Horse Acceptance Guidelines

1. Age 8-18 years

2. Negative Coggins

3. Current Vaccinations

Includes, but is not limited to:

• EWT and Rhino
• Rabies
• West Nile Virus Vaccine – 2 doses if first time vaccination or annual booster

4. Current worming – within 30 days

5. Current CBC and Chemistry Panel – within 30 days

6. Temperature readings daily for 3 days prior to shipping

7. Paperwork Includes, but is not limited to:

• Coggins
• General Health History
• Worming
• Vaccinations
• Dental
• Medications

8. Feed Schedule (type, amounts, supplements)

• Farrier Schedule
• List of past veterinary contacts
